Monkey Bread Muffins Recipe

Life

13 Mar
I don’t know about all ya’ll (No, I am not from the South, I just like to think I am,) but some times on a Friday night, I have unexpected visitors. I usually end up with more family or friends than I had planned on. Thus, today I will be sharing this amazing recipe that is perfect for a movie night in. It is quick enough that you can pop it in at a minutes notice, and yummy enough to keep your movie guests asking for seconds. May I introduce to you… Monkey Bread “Muffins”…aka heaven in carb form.
Ingredients: 1 can Pillsbury biscuits, cinnamon and sugar, brown sugar, butter.Instructions: Cut biscuits into 1 inch “bites” or smaller. Put in Ziploc bag with cinnamon and sugar. Shake to coat.

Put into muffin tins. Melt butter and mix with brown sugar to make a “caramel” glaze. Pour over the top of muffins.

Bake according to biscuit package. Tada! A perfectly sweet, yet not as fattening, movie treat. You can thank me later.

Oh my I love this recipe, this is so much better than making the whole receipe in a bundt pan. This is so much easier for the kiddies to grab these and eat them before school or as a snack. Thanks for sharing.
